As the month of love begins, Starbucks is spreading sweetness with a special selection of drinks inspired by Valentine’s Day, which have become increasingly popularized by TikTok and other social media trends. We wanted to find out if their new menu lives up to expectations, so we went to try these drinks to give you our recommendations.

Their limited-edition menu launched on February 4,2025 and will continue while supplies lasts. Their fresh selection of drinks includes a Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Créme Frappuccino and a Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Cold Brew. There is also special love-themed drink ware and a Valentine cake pop.

However, social media has promoted other off-menu items that also fit the Valentine’s Day theme. You may have to customize existing menu items to try these special drinks. We ordered a venti matcha with three pumps of vanilla syrup and strawberry cold foam, in addition to a venti pink drink with three scoops of vanilla bean powder and strawberry cold foam.

The strawberry matcha was a hit, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of matcha. The pink drink was also very good, and the vanilla bean powder and strawberry cold foam added an extra boost of flavor.

Although they are delicious, these additions can make the drinks much more costly. We highly recommend  downloading the Starbucks app and using reward points to purchase their drinks. Even though these drinks were a little bit pricey, they were definitely worth it!
