As several wildfires scorched several of California’s forests, firefighters worked nonstop to extinguish the flames. No matter how many firefighters were sent out to put out the destructive inferno, it kept spreading and tearing down the defenseless flora.

Suddenly those in California realized that their firefighters were not enough to douse the undying blaze. They requested help from the fire teams in North Texas. A week after the request, several different teams of firefighters from all over Texas traveled to California to combat the wildfires eating through their forests. One of these teams included four of our own Frisco firefighters. In total, 98 firefighters and 25 trucks coming from 29 different fire departments in Texas were sent to assist California in putting out the fires.
