From the road pulling in we knew this place was going to be good. We looked for the door until we figured out there was no indoor dining. So we headed through the drive through and struggled to find what we should order. So we asked the person taking our order outside what we should get.
Jack Landry – They recommended me a Electric Berry with Red Bull. This drink was great! It was sweet and sour. It was a greenish-blue color and was great for the price of $7.
Grant Brinkman – I got the chocolate shake. It was really good and it even had a chocolate drizzle around the cup. I enjoyed it a lot but it was a little milky and that was the only downside.

This was our first time visiting the Dutch Bros Plano location and the drive from Wakeland to there was about 40 minutes without tolls, so we had very high expectations. Dutch Bros is primarily a drink store with a variety of coffees and energy drinks that they call ‘rebels’.
The food options are very limited with only muffin tops and granola bars to offer. Dutch Bros also has no indoor service, so you can only order at the drive-thru or at the window.
When we arrived at the location, the drive-thru line was not long at all which made our experience go by fast. An employee who was outside took our order on the iPad. He was very friendly and patient considering the fact that we had three separate orders. The coffee itself was pretty affordable being around $5-$6 and a good size. Compared to other coffee companies like Starbucks, it made the price worth it.
When we pulled up to the window, our drinks were ready almost immediately. We spoke with the employees, who were very nice and energetic, even though it was 9 in the morning. Then we left to try our drinks. The Dutch Bros menu is very lengthy and it could be very overwhelming if you have never been to a Dutch Bros before. — Xaela Diaz
The Dutch Bros menu is very lengthy and it could be very overwhelming if you have never been to a Dutch Bros before. When we visited the Plano location we wanted to try out a new drink, and the employee was helpful and knew the menu very well. He gave us a bunch of different recommendations and was very patient when we were trying to think about what drink we all wanted.
With an employee recommendation Raegan decided to go with the “Double RainBro” rebel energy drink. The drink flavors include peach, strawberry, and coconut with a Red Bull. All of the flavors of this drink go very well together and tastes like a summer drink. Before Dutch Bros energy drinks, Raegan was not a big fan of energy drinks because of the taste, but the Dutch Bros energy drinks have helped her begin to enjoy them a lot more.
At Dutch Bros you can get your rebel blended or ice, also they are very open to accommodations if you want to switch out flavors or another one.
Overall, our experience was positive and made our long drive worth it. The energetic and uplifting attitudes of the employees and our tasty morning coffee started off our day the right foot and made us want to come back. This will definitely be our new go-to drink spot in the future.

When we first pulled up to Dutch Bros we thought the outside of the building was aesthetically pleasing, but it looked small because there is only a drive-thru. There was only one person in front of us and while they were paying we ordered. We looked at the menu before ordering.
[T]hey had lots of different drink options such as coffee, blended coffee with add-ins, energy drinks, lemonade, tea, shakes, and smoothies.

When we pulled up to the drive-thru window, we saw the employees smashing the bananas in the back, and that showed us that they hand make their drinks.
Caroline: I got the Ba-nay-nay. It was a blended coffee mixed with chocolate and bananas. I don’t like coffee, but I really enjoyed this drink and it had two shots of expresso. I’d rate it a 9/10.
Harper: I got the trifecta which as also a blended coffee, but mixed with white chocolate, dark chocolate, and caramel. I liked it because it did not taste like coffee and wasn’t too milky. I liked how it had the consistency of a slushy and not like water. I rate this drink a 9/10 because I wish I had put in almond milk instead, but whould definitely get this again.
The service was great and someone came up to the car to take our order so it went faster. The pricing was good. A small drink was well sized and only around $7.
Overall the experience was a 10/10 and we’re excited to go back and try more drinks because it was that good!
