Six Flags is finally reopening starting March 6th, with dates and times being announced regularly for people to come, have fun, and enjoy the roller coasters. After March 6th, Six Flags is open all weekends and some Thursdays as well. They are open the whole week of March 15th – 22nd, and then it is back to only open on the weekends until May 21st, when they are open for the rest of the summer!
As exciting as the opening is, they are also introducing a new roller coaster! Six Flags is introducing Tormenta Rampaging Run, a record-breaking giga-dive roller coaster. This new coaster features a 179-foot vertical loop, a 309-foot drop, and speeds up to 87 miles per hour. This roller coaster is now the world’s fastest, tallest, and longest dive coaster.
This summer, Six Flags is going to be even more popular than it already is, thanks to the new additions. “I am so excited for the new ride,” sophomore Leah Reardon exclaimed. “I would definitely ride it!”
Six Flags is a place where friends and family come together and have fun all day, creating lasting memories. This year, with their new additions, especially the Tormenta Rampaging Run, students are getting more opportunities to scream, laugh, and make memories they won’t forget.
