In the price department, Braum’s is cheaper than Chick-Fil-A with their medium shakes being $3.79, while at Chick-Fil-A it is $4.75. It is a small difference, but for frequent milkshake customers, it adds up. Customer service also plays a big role in the milkshake experience. Chick-Fil-A lives up to their reputation for their friendly and efficient environment. Shakes are quickly prepared and delivered with a smile and “my pleasure.” Braum’s takes a little more of a slower approach with less enthusiasm, reflecting a more traditional ice cream parlor vibe. The biggest difference between the two milkshakes has to be their texture and taste. Chick-Fil-A’s shakes are known to have the perfect amount of thickness and creaminess, while adding the extra sweetness of whipped cream and a cherry.
Braum’s shakes are slightly thinner, but richer in flavor, due to their homemade ice cream. The result is a smooth, classical, and satisfying milkshake that tastes like it was made from home.
