Varsity Softball Closes Out Strong Season

Softball is closing out an impressive season as varsity heads into its final game on Friday, April 17, at Turner High School. Throughout the season, the team has consistently dominated its opponents, showcasing strong teamwork and the hard work put in during daily practices.

Earlier this week, both varsity and JV secured big wins against Lone Star High School, adding to their successful records. The game marked the final matchup of the season for JV, making the victory extra special. The team’s performance highlighted their talent and growth throughout the season.

As the season comes to a close, students, friends and family are encouraged to come out and support the players as they wrap up this memorable year.

Hi! My name is Nanami Sawabe and I am a sophomore at Wakeland High school. This is my first year in yearbook and writing for Wakeland Access.
